It is more economical to use cold stamping universal molds to produce small batches of general-purpose parts, but if you use special molds to produce special-shaped parts, you need to reduce the processing cost of molds on a large scale to meet economic needs.
4. Formation of rubber pads: The use of rubber pad forming technology can greatly reduce the cost of mold processing and can be used to produce small batches of products. Features of rubber pad forming process It is not used for the production of complex shaped products, and the maximum depth of production parts is limited, it is often used to produce small batches of stainless steel parts whose thickness is less than 1.5mm.

The cold working deformation resistance is large. While forming the metal, work hardening can be used to improve the hardness and strength of the workpiece, but it will reduce the plasticity. Cold working is suitable for processing metal parts with small section size and high requirements on processing size and surface roughness. The quality of the steel produced is good, the wall thickness of the cold-rolled steel pipe, the surface quality of the stainless steel steel, and the outer diameter of the cold-drawn steel are high; Consumption of land and energy saving; it can also simplify the types of raw material specifications of steel.
